From Dublin
Leave the N7 at junction 9, then at roundabout take the 2nd exit,
At next roundabout take the exit onto Monread Road (Woodies on your right)
At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Monread Road
At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Ring Road and then first left into Millennium Park
Next roundabout go right and Beech House is the 3rd building on the left

From Limerick
Leave the M7 at junction 10, then at roundabout take the 3rd exit (over the motorway)
At roundabout take first left (B&Q and Lidl on your right)
At roundabout take first left (Carragh)
Go straight over the next few roundabouts
You will see an old mill on your right hand side go over bridge then take a right into Millennium Park
Go right at roundabout and Beech House is the 3rd building on the left.
