O'DONNELL STEERS PRINCESS TO ANOTHER BIG WIN

Waterford's Paddy O'Donnell claimed the fourth leg of the TRM/SJI Premier Series this afternoon riding Thomas Power's Harristown Princess.

With just 5 combinations through to the jump off over Raymond Jess's track, O'Donnell claimed the bulk of the €12,000 on offer from the Silverbirch Hotel and Dillon Bass. Their time of 38.09 was good enough for them to secure their first Premier Series win of 2011.

Winners of the opening class at last year's Discover Ireland Dublin Horse, the combination have had some strong results at home and abroad this year which included a win in the Chippison Spring Tour, a win in Portugal and a place on the Nations Cup Team at Lisbon.

Eddie Moloney slotted his Coilog Premier Series Winner Chatsworth Dan into second with another double clear round. While Peter Smyth took some very valuable points in third with Corrib House.

The next leg of the TRM/SJI Premier Series takes place at the Blessington Horse Show in Coilog where there are 38 starters.
