The following are the classes from which the teams will be selected at Wales & West:
128cm - Classes 1430 & 2430
138cm - Classes 1431 & 2431
148cm - Classes 1426 & 2426
The following are the classes from which the teams will be selected at Cavan:
Under 10 Team: Classes 11 & 20
128 Team: Classes 2 & 13
138 Team: Classes 3 & 14
148 Team: Classes 4 & 15
Scottish Home Ponies Team Selection
As there is only one day for team qualification at the Scottish Home Ponies the following classes will be used on the Tuesday. The top five ponies from these classes will make up the team of four plus reserve.
128 – class 9
138 - class 10
148 – class 2
The English Home Pony International
28th – 31st October 2010
Classes to be entered for Team selection are as follows:
128 – Class 2
138 – Class 3
148 Debut Team – Class 4
148 – Class 5
As there is only one day of competition prior to the team events these classes will be usedfor viewing for team selection and the team’s to represent Ireland will be selected by the Chef D’Equipe.
Anyone wishing to compete at this show must have temporary registration with BSJA which will be arranged by contacting SJI on 045 852230.
Application forms for team selection must also be completed and forwarded to Katy Saunders.
HOME PONY INTERNATIONALS CRITERIA TO BE FOLLOWED
Rider / Pony combinations wishing to make themselves available for team selection must complete the application form, which can be downloaded from SJI Pony web site, and return it to the Team Manager.
Rider / Pony combination must jump in classes as selected by team manager. Points will be awarded as follows :1st 10, 2nd 8, 3rd 6, 4th 5, 5th 4, 6th 2. The top five placings from the points score will determine the team + 1 reserve. In the event of equality of faults the rider / pony placing in the Premier Pony League will denote the higher placing.
It is strongly recommended that rider / pony combinations jump in all the relative qualification classes to strengthen their chance of making the teams.
Please note that all SJI members intending to enter for a show outside of Ireland must first contact the SJI office prior to entering. (Also please contact the office regarding BSJA membership prior to entry)
