*WITHDRAWALS & CHANGES*:
If you are entered for a class & do not intend to compete in it, the following times are the deadlines for you to contact the office to withdraw, otherwise a €5 penalty will be charged.
- Monday 27th June @2pm for all classes on Thursday 30th June
- Thursday 30th June @4pm for all classes on Friday 1st July
- Friday 1st July @4pm for all classes on Saturday 2nd July
- Saturday 2nd July @ 4pm for all classes on Sunday 3rd July
€10 CHARGE ON ALL LATE ENTRIES DURING SHOW, MUST JUMP FIRST IN CLASS ALL PROCEEDS TO CYSTIC FIBROSIS, CAVAN

*STABLING*:
€65 X 2 NIGHTS
€90 X 3 NIGHTS
€100 X 4 NIGHTS
€115 X 5 NIGHTS
ELECTRIC HOOK UP - €15 PER NIGHT
- Stables for 3 & 4 nights will take preference over others
- Gates to centre will close on 29th June @9pm
- PLEASE NOTE: 50% of stable fee will be retained if stables are not cancelled 7 days prior to show and 100% if not cancelled within 24 hrs.
- STABLING POLICY 2016: Whilst we are trying to avoid implementing a €10 deposit on each stable, we would be grateful if everyone could make an effort to clean their stables before they leave the showgrounds. They will be checked the following day and anyone leaving the stables in a poor state will be charged €20.

*RULES*
- For all classes, pony & rider must compete two days out of Thurs, Fri, Sat to be eligible to jump on Sunday - No Exceptions.
- Age for 128 under 10's Competitors- Must be under 10 as of 1st January 2016
- All classes are timed except for 128 -70cm & 128 -80cm

*PRIZES*
- €12,000 in Prizes & Prize Fund
- Cavan Cooler to winner in each class every day
*LEADING RIDER PRIZE*
Leading Rider & pony combination prize:
- 1ST Cladem Equi Store Voucher for €300
- 2ND Cladem Equi Store Voucher for €200
Points will only be given to the riders top placing in each class.
Points for the top Placing's: 1st - 8, 2nd - 7, 3rd - 6, 4th - 5, 5th - 4, 6th - 3
For 128 -70cm & 128 -80cm : 3points for a double clear

*ENTERTAINMENT*
Welcome reception in Boomerangs Restaurant
Thursday 30th June @ 8pm - Everyone Welcome

*PARENTS & GAURDIANS PLEASE NOTE* :
KIDS MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES AND NO KIDS ARE ALLOWED ON PREMISES WITHOUT PARENT/GAURDIAN.
NO SCOOTERS, QUADS, SKATEBOARDS, GO- CARTS, BICYCLES ETC ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS.

ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES
