Jessica Buke found her third National Grand Prix victory of the season today (4th August) at Mullingar Equestrian. Burke who has won at Cavan on Clonguish Vivaro and in Cóilog on Express Trend proved unbeatable on Clonguish Vivaro when second last to go in the jump off putting up a time of 36.96.

Series leader Liam O’Meara who was first into the ring for the jump off on Curraighgruaige Jack Take Flight and marked the time of 38.11; this time along with a double clear was good enough for second place on the day.

O’Meara and his second mount of the jump off, Russell Style also left all poles standing in a time of 42.16, which left him in fifth position.

Adrienne Dixon and Killossery Kaiden provided spectators with a beautiful round in a time of 39.07 to secure third place.

Fourth place of the day went to Paul Carberry and Brandonview First Edition in a time of 39.28.

Cormac Rafferty was the last of our double clears in the line-up with KMR Benzini stopping the clock in a time of 44.60.

Two young riders completed the line-up with Michael Pender and Casanova Van Overis Z having an unfortunate fence down with the fastest time of the day to slot into seventh position and winning the highest placed Young Rider prize of a €100 TRI Equestrian voucher.

Tim McDonagh and Tick Tock Tina, again had an unfortunate fence on the floor in a time of 36.84 were eight overall today.
