Rules and Regulations for SJI National Balmoral Championships 2015

Entries for TRM/Horseware National Grand Prix league and for TRM/Horseware Premier Grand Prix League will open with SJI Office on Monday 13th July and will be taken by phone until close of business Wednesday 15th and online until Thursday 16th July at 4pm.

Horse riders may only enter 3 horses in any class and may only qualify 2 for all Championships except Amateurs where only 1 horse may hold a qualifying place. Should a rider qualify more than the requisite number, those first qualified will be considered as taking up Championship places, unless the show office is informed otherwise within 30 minutes after the completion of the last relevant competition.

Pre-Paid Entries: Entries for all competitions except Premier Series and National Grand Prix must be received by the entries secretary as detailed on the entry form (available to download from www.sjai-ur.com) by close of business on Wednesday 15th July 2015. A £10 non refundable booking fee per animal must accompany the entry for. Sterling cheques/bank drafts to be made payable to SJAI(UR) Show Account. Euro Cheques to be made payable to SJAI No.2 Account. Card payment can be made by completing details on the entry form but please ensure a mobile number is also included in case of any queries.

Stabling: A limited number of stables are available on site at a cost of £75 per horse for the duration of the show or £35 per night, stables must be booked and paid for in full at time of entry. Full refund available if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to commencement of the show. No bedding will be provided.

Sunday entries will be blackboard order. Competitions on Monday and Tuesday will all be run in drawn order and competitors will be expected to be ready in time. The main arena will take precedence over the Horse Arena. Running orders will be available online and at the show office as early as possible.
