If you are entered for a class & do not intend to compete in it, OR if you wish to make changes to your entries the following times are deadlines for you to contact the office to withdraw, otherwise a €5 penalty will be charged:
Tuesday 21st Oct @ 4pm for classes on Friday 24th Oct
Friday 24th Oct @ 4pm for all classes on Saturday 25th Oct
Saturday 25th Oct @ 4pm for all classes on Sunday 26th Oct.

Limited Stabling Available, must be booked and paid for in advance
1 night = €25, 2 nights = €50, 3 nights = €70
Hook Up - €15 per night or €30 for duration - payable in advance

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation fee of 50% on stabling if not cancelled 7 days prior to show and 100% if not cancelled within 24 hours.

NO SCOOTERS, QUADS, SKATEBOARDS, GO-KARTS, BICYCLES ETC ALLOWED ON GROUNDS
