Entries close on 10th October with €20 non-refundable booking fee. Please note that gates to the centre will close at 9PM sharp on Tuesday 4th November. Access after this will not be permitted until Wednesday morning.

Late entries during show charged @ €10 and goes to Diabetes research.

Stabling is €140 for duration of the show - pre - paid in advance.
Limited number of tack rooms available @ €30. Must be booked in advance.

Hook Up - €40 for duration of Show.

Please note: Cancellation fee 50% on stabling if not cancelled 7 days in advance & 100% if not cancelled 24 hours in advance.

WITHDRAWALS/ CHANGES
If you are entered for a class & do not intend to compete in it, the following times are the DEADLINES for you to contact the office to WITHDRAW OR MAKE CHANGES, otherwise a €5 penalty will be charged.
Mon 3rd @ 4pm for all classes Wed 5th Nov
Wed 5th Nov @ 4pm for all classes Thurs 6th Nov, Thurs 6th Nov @ 4pm for all classes Fri 7th Nov, Fri 7th Nov @ 4pm for all classes Sat 8th Nov.

INTERNATIONAL DECLARATIONS
Declarations for International Class must be in office by 6pm the evening before class.
International Competitions under F.E.I. Rules.
