WITHDRAWALS & CHANGES
If you are entered for a class & do not intend to compete in it, the following times are the deadlines for you to contact the office to withdraw, otherwise a €5 penalty will be charged
Monday 6th July @ 2pm for all classes on Thursday 9th July
Thursday 9th July @ 4pm for all classes on Friday 10th July
Friday 10th July @ 4pm for all classes on Saturday 11th July
Saturday 11th July @ 4pm for all classes on Sunday 12th July

€10 CHARGE ON ALL LATE ENTRIES DURING SHOW, MUST JUMP FIRST IN CLASS, ALL PROCEEDS TO CYSTIC FIBROSIS, CAVAN

Entries close on 19th June with €20 non-refundable booking deposit per pony

Team Selection will be based on points accumulated on Thursday & Friday

Stables must be booked and paid for in advance along with entries on our on-line system,
NO stables will be held without payment
PLEASE NOTE: 50% of stable fee will be retained if stables are not cancelled 7 days prior to show and 100% if not cancelled within 24 hours.
€65 x 2 nights €90 x 3 nights
€100 x 4 night €115 x 5 nights
HOOK UP - €15 per night
Stables for 3 & 4 Nights will take preference over others
Please Note: The gates to the centre will close @ 9pm On Wednesday 9th July, access after this will not be permitted until Thursday Morning – no exceptions.
Stabling Policy 2015 – Whilst we are trying to avoid implementing a €10 deposit on each stable, we would be grateful if everyone could make an effort to clean their stables before they leave the showground. They will be checked the following day and anyone leaving the stables in a poor state will be charge €20

• For all classes, pony & rider must compete two days out of Thurs, Fri, Sat to be eligible to jump on Sunday – No exceptions.
• Age for 128 Under 10’s Competitors – Must be under 10 as of 1st January 2015
• All classes are timed except for 128 – 70cm & 128 – 80cm

LEADING RIDER & PONY COMBINATION PRIZE:
1st Kingsland Voucher for €300
2nd Kingsland Voucher for €200
3rd Kingsland Voucher for €100
Points will only be given to the riders top placing in each class
• Points for the top Placing’s: 1st - 8, 2nd - 7, 3rd - 6,4th - 5,5th - 4,6th - 3
• For 128 -70cm & 128 – 80cm: 3 points for a double clear

Thursday 9th July @ 8pm – EVERYONE WELCOME

KIDS MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES AND NO KIDS ARE ALLOWED ON PREMISES WITHOUT PARENT/GAURDIAN
NO SCOOTERS, QUADS, SKATEBOARDS, GO-CARTS, BICYCLES ETC ALLOWED ON GROUNDS
ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES
