1. Please note that all competitions will start on time & will be run in programme order.
2. Competitors who miss their turn will not be allowed to jump & will forfeit their entry.
3. Start sheets for Tuesday will be available on the website on Monday@ 12noon
DECLARATION SYSTEM:
If you are entered for a class & do not intend to compete in it, the following are the deadlines to contact the office to withdrawor make changes, Otherwise a €5 penalty will be charged if you do not withdraw.
WHEN DRAW IS DONE NO CHANGES WHATSOEVER WILL BE MADE
Friday 16th Sept @ 4pm for all classes on Tuesday 20th Sept,
Tuesday 20th Sept @ 4pm for all classes Wed 21st Sept,
Wednesday 21st Sept @ 4pm for all classes Thurs 22nd Sept,
Thursday 22nd Sept @ 4pm for all classes Fri 23rd Sept,
Friday 23rd Sept @ 4pm for classes Sat 24th Sept,
Saturday 24th Sept @ 4pm for classes Sun 25th Sept.
PLEASE ENSURE TO KEEP A COPY OF YOUR ENTRIES- ANY ERRORS MADE WILL NOT BE THE OFFICE RESPONSIBILITY. LATE ENTRIES - DURING SHOW WILL BE CHARGED €10 PENALTY WHICH WILL GO TO DOWN SYNDROME & AUTISM, CAVAN BRANCH. LATE ENTRIES ARE ONLY FOR HORSE/RIDER COMBO ALREADY ENTERED.

***STABLING/HOOK UP***
Stables Available @ €160 for Duration of Show,
Hook up €20 per night or €60 for Duration -
Must be booked & paid for in advance. Max 6 Stable per Rider.
Limited number of Tack Rooms available @€40, please book in advance.
PLEASE NOTE > CANCELLATION FEE OF €50% ON STABLING IF NOT CANCELLED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO SHOW AND 100% IF NOT CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS.
Horse Purchaser : There will be a trial arena available during the show.
***Entries***
ONLINE ENTRY SYSTEM ENTRIES CLOSE 26TH AUGUST 2016 www.cavanequestrian.com With a €20 non refundable booking fee per horse.

PLEASE NOTE > the gates to the Centre close at 9pm Monday 19th Sept, access after this will not be permitted until Tuesday morning.

***RULES***
1. If you qualify for a final and do not jump, entry fee will be charged.
2. The Show reserves the right to change the schedule in any way during the show.
3. Vaccination against equine influenza is compulsory for all animals
4. 4 Year Old Classes - NO BACK BOOTS ALLOWED.

***5Year Old & 6&7Year Old Classic Championship***
1. Vetting of qualified horses for the Grand Finals will take place on Saturday 24th at 4pm. all horses qualified must attend.
2. Any Horses that qualifies for the Grand Final in Lanaken will be granted an automatic place in the Grand Final of the Cavan Classic Championship.

HSI Prize for eligible Horse i.e. that is registered in a stud book by approved PIO
