***WITHDRAWALS/CHANGES***
If you are entered for a class & do not intend to compete in it, the following times are the DEADLINES for you to contact the office to WITHDRAW OR MAKE CHANGES, otherwise @ €5 penalty will be charged.
Mon 7th Nov for all classes on Wednesday 9th,
Wed 9th Nov @ 4pm for all classes Thurs 10th Nov,
Thurs 10th Nov @ 4pm for all classes Fri 11th Nov,
Fri 11th Nov @ 4pm for all classes Sat 12th Nov.

***INTERNATIONAL DECLARATIONS***
INTERNATIONAL ENTRY FEE €350 PER HORSE INCLUDES STABLE & MCP FEE (All International Riders must have a Licence).
Declarations for International class must be in office by 6pm Evening before class. International competitions under F.E.I Rules.
***RULES***
1. An International rider may not ride more than 2 horses in any one international class & not more than 3 international horses at the event and only 1 in the Grand Prix.
2.Top 35 from International Competition 2 & 4 Qualify for Grand Prix.
3. Each International horse may compete twice a day.
4. TROT UP FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL HORSES WILL BE ON THURSDAY 7th NOVEMBER @ 2PM - THIS TROT UP IS COMPULSORY.
5. International Horses may compete on Wednesday & Thursday in national classes if entered.
6. Declarations for all International Classes will close at 6pm the evening before the class.
7. If you Qualify for a Final & do not jump, entry fee will be charged!!
8. No Substitution except for same rider (i.e change of horse)
9. THE SHOW RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE SCHEDULE IN ANY WAY DURING THE SHOW.
10. VACCINATIONS MUST BE UP TO DATE.
11. Late entries are only for Horse & Rider already entered for show

ENTRIES CLOSE ON 9th OCTOBER WITH €20 NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GATES TO THE CENTRE WILL CLOSE AT 9PM SHARP ON TUESDAY 3rd NOVEMBER ACCESS AFTER THIS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UNTIL WEDNESDAY MORNING.
LATE ENTRIES DURING SHOW CHARGED @ €10 GOES TO PALLIATIVE CARE, CAVAN. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO COMPETITORS WHO HAVE ALREADY ENTERED - NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY.

***STABLING***
€160 FOR DURATION OF SHOW - PRE-PAID IN ADVANCE.
Limited number of Tack Rooms available @ €40 must be booked in advance.

HOOK UP - €60 for duration of show
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations fee 50% on stabling if not cancelled 7 days in advance & 100% if not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
All stable cancellations MUST come through the show office as there will be a waiting list in operation.
***PRIZES***
-LEADING INTERNATIONAL RIDER PRIZE: €1500 Diamond Necklace sponsored by Harry Fitzpatrick, Dublin and Elegant Gems Cavan.
In the event of a tie for Leading International Rider, the highest placed rider in
Event 32 - Grand Prix wins.
-LEADING NATIONAL RIDER PRIZE: 2 night B&B including dinner in the Aisling Hotel Dublin. In the event of a tie for Leading National Rider, the rider who achieves the most points on one horse wins
