1. Please note that all competitions will start on time & will be run in programme order.
2. Competitors who miss their turn will not be allowed to jump & will forfeit their entry.
3. Startsheets for Tuesday will be available on the website on Monday @ 12noon.
ENTER & BOOK STABLE ONLINE THROUGH www.cavanequestrian.com WITH A €20 NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE PER HORSE.
***DECLARATIONS***
If you are entered for a class & do not intend to compete in it, the following are the deadlines to contact the office to withdraw or make a change, Otherwise @ €5 penalty will be charged if you do not withdraw!
-Fri 14th Sept @4pm for all classes on Tues 18th,
-Tues 18th Sept @4pm for all classes on Wed 19th Sept,
-Wed 19th Sept @4pm for all classes on Thurs 20th Sept,
-Thurs 20th Sept @4pm for all classes on Fri 21st Sept,
-Fri 21st Sept @4pm for all classes on Sat 22nd Sept,
-Sat 22nd Sept @4pm for all classes Sun 23rd
LATE ENTRIES DURING THE SHOW WILL ONLY APPLY TO HORSE/RIDER COMBINATION ALREADY ENTERED FOR THE SHOW WHICH WILL BE CHARGED @€10 PENALTY AND WILL GO TO DOWN SYNDROME & AUTISM, CAVAN BRANCH.
***STABLE & HOOK UP***
Stabling available @ €160 per stable & Hook up @ €75 for Duration of Show.
Must be booked & paid for in advance. PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation fee of 50% on stabling if not cancelled within 24 hours.
PLEASE NOTE THE GATES TO THE CENTRE CLOSE MONDAY 17TH SEPT ACCESS AFTER THIS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UNTIL TUESDAY MORNING.
Horse Purchaser: There will be a trial arena available during the show.
***RULES***
1. IF YOU QUALIFY FOR A FINAL AND DO NOT JUMP FULL ENTRY FEE WILL BE CHARGED!!!#
2. The show reserves the right to change the schedule oin any way during the show.
3. Vaccination against Equine Influenza is compulsory for all animals.
4. 4 Year Old Classes - NO BACK BOOTS ALLOWED.
***5 YEAR OLD & 6&7YEAR OLD CLASSIC CHAMPIONSHIP***
- Vetting of Qualified horses for the Grand Finals will take place on Saturday 22nd @ 4pm, ALL HORSES MUST ATTEND.
***LEADING RIDING***
PRIZE FOR LEADING RIDER IS A SILVER SHADOW HORSE SOLARIUM - SPONSORED BY SILVER SHADOW SOLARIUMS
PLEASE NOTE PRIZE MONEY MUST BE CLAIMED @ THE SHOW NO PRIZE MONEY WILL BE POSTED AFTER THE SHOW.
