If you are entered for a class & do not intend to compete in it, the following are the deadlines to contact the office to withdraw or make changes,
Otherwise a €5 penalty will be charged
Fri 13th Sept @ 4pm for all classes on Tues 17th Sept
Tues 17th Sept @ 4pm for all classes Wed 18th Sept
Wed 18th Sept @ 4pm for all classes Thurs 19th Sept
Thursday 19th Sept @ 4pm for all classes Fri 20th Sept
Friday 20th Sept @ 4pm for all classes Sat 21st Sept
Saturday 21st @ 4pm for classes Sun 22nd Sept
LATE ENTRIES – During the show will be charged @ €10 penalty
THIS IS FOR HORSE/RIDER COMBINATION ALREADY ENTERED FOR THE SHOW
Which will go to Down Syndrome & Autism, Cavan Branch.
LATE ENTRIES MUST JUMP FIRST IN FIRST CLASS OF DAY & AT THE END OF ALL OTHER CLASSES.

Stabling Available @ €160 for Duration of Show
Hook Up €75 for duration – must be booked & paid for in advance
MAX 6 STABLES PER RIDER
Limited number of Tack Rooms available @ €40, please book in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation fee of 50% on stabling if not cancelled 7 days prior to show and 100% if not cancelled within 24 hours.
All Entries With a €20 NON REFUNDABLE booking fee per horse
PLEASE NOTE THE GATES TO THE CENTRE CLOSE AT 9PM MONDAY 16th SEPTEMBER, access after this will not be permitted until Tuesday morning.

• If you qualify for a final and do not jump, entry fee will be charged
• The Show reserves the right to change the schedule in any way during the show
• Vaccination against equine influenza is compulsory for all animals
• 4 Year Old Classes – NO BACK BOOTS ALLOWED

5 Year Old & 6 & 7 Year Old Classic Championships:
VETTING OF QUALIFIED HORSES FOR THE GRAND FINALS WILL TAKE PLACE ON SATURDAY 21st AT 4PM, ALL HORSES QUALIFIED MUST ATTEND
