TUESDAY ENTRIES CLOSE – Monday 13th @ 12 noon
WEDNESDAY ENTRIES CLOSE – Tuesday 14th @ 4pm
THURSDAY ENTRIES CLOSE – Wednesday 15th @ 4pm
FRIDAY ENTRIES CLOSE – Thursday 16th @ 4pm
SATURDAY ENTRIES CLOSE – Friday 17th @ 4pm
SUNDAY ENTRIES CLOSE – Saturday 18th @ 4pm
*** STABLING***
• Stabling - €160 for Duration of Show
• Hook Up - €75 for duration
• Tack Rooms - €40 please book in advance
• CANCELLATION FEE of 50% on stabling if not cancelled 7 days prior to show & 100% if not cancelled within 24 hours.
• PLEASE NOTE THE GATES TO THE CENTRE CLOSE AT 9PM MONDAY 13TH
***WITHDRAWALS ***
• Withdrawals MUST be done through SJI LIVE (In My Declarations) before the class starts. €10 admin fee will be retained on each withdrawn entry.
• PLEASE NOTE NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR GRAND PRIX UNLESS YOU CAN PROVIDE A VET CERT WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE EVENT
*** RULES***
• The Show reserves the right to change the schedule any way during the show.
• Vaccination against equine influenza is compulsory for all animals.
• 4 Year Old Classes – NO BACK BOOTS ALLOWED.
• If you qualify for a Final and DO NOT intend to jump PLEASE notify the office immediately so the next qualified rider can be notified to take the place.
• If you do not notify the office you will be charged the FULL ENTRY FEE
• PLEASE NOTE PRIZE MONEY MUST BE CLAIMED @ THE SHOW
• NO PRIZE MONEY WILL BE POSTED AFTER THE SHOW
