• 2023 National Young Rider Champion

  ·         Will be awarded to the rider/ horse combination with the highest points in the following events over 2 days.
   Events  2,3,4,11,12,13

  ·         All riders are eligible to compete for the National Championship award. Points from the events above for all combinations will be up on SJILive Leaderboard and the winning combination will be 2023 National Young Rider Champion.  The winner will receive a bursary to train with Paul O’Shea at his home in America.  Flights and accommodation included.  This will be done at a time that suits both parties.

  
  

  Leading Rider 1.40

   Will be awarded to the rider/ horse combination with the highest points in the following events for the top eight.

                             Placings in the following classes: Events 4& 13 (SJI Points)                                   Leaderboard

  ·         Will receive a training Bursary to train  Ballypatrick Stables

  
  

   

    Leading Young Rider  1.30

  ·         Will be awarded to the rider/ horse combination with the highest points in the following events for the top eight.

                             Placings in the following classes: Events  3 & 12 (SJI Points)                                   Leaderboard

  ·         Will receive a training Bursary to train with Michael Duffy from Co Galway who is based in England and is the Youngest Team member of the Senior Team at Aachen last month with two clear rounds.

   

    Leading Young Rider 1.20

  ·         Will be awarded to the rider/ horse combination with the highest points in the following events for the top eight.

                    Events 2 & 11(SJI Points) Leaderboard on SJILive

  ·         A training bursary to Jessica Burke with flights included.   

   

  Leading Young Rider 1.10

  ·         Will be awarded to the rider/ horse combination with the highest points in the following events for the top eight

                   Placings in the flowing classes: Events 1 & 10

  ·         Winners  will receive Sports Psychologist training bursary to Georgia Tobin & receive a training bursary for Paddy O’Donnell

   

   

   Leading rider 1metre

  ·         Will be awarded to the rider/ horse combination with the highest points in the following events for the top eight

                  Placings in the flowing classes: Events 7 & 15

  ·         Winners will received a voucher from Mervue Equine for their products €100 & Training bursary with Nicola FitzGibbon 

                   Leading COH 

·         Will be awarded to the rider/ horse combination with the highest points in the following events for the top eight

Points will be gained by rider/horse combinations for the top eight placings in the following classes:  Event  1,2,7,8,,10,11,15,16(SJI Points) 

Winners will get a Training bursary with Jame Kernan.
